That's sort of what I suspected: and in a year or so, we'll see a study
indicating how rotten, self-centered, and uncharitable residents of West
Philadelphia are. We presented ourselves as honest students, with

Yeah, that was the one that hit farragut a week or so ago. He must be

The $18.50 is so you'll give him $20 ... if he asked for $20

The easy way to get him to depart quite rapidly is to offer
to call UCD to get their lock-out service folks to help him

What I really cannot fathom is how a certain guy (not sure if it's this guy
or another one) has been pulling the same scam year in and year out without
apprehension (as far as I know) for about the past ten years. He is
shortish withdark (black?) "greased" hair, hard to tell his age but
About 2 weeks ago I had a variation of this
scam pulled on me. The guy (white, beard, dark hair) lived down the street
(43rd), his car was stolen and he had to get to Roxborough to pick up his kids
from the baby sitter.
Has anyone encountered this fellow?

I received an e-mail saying someone saw a found cat flyer near the Ritz

anyone know how long flyers are allowed before being removed?
