I'm sorta wondering why no one is complaining or cheering about parking permits being required for parts of 46th street. We got a notice through the door yesterday and it appears so did everyone else between Kingsessing and Woodland on 46th. Is this the only block going to permit parking?

Well something went down that morning (again, 4:30am-ish, 5/12 - on 45th near Kingsessing) as there was a woman missing most of her clothes, clutching on to her undergarments and crying like crazy. Whether it was assault, drugs, a chemical imbalance... I don't know. It wasn't a happy scene though
