are required to be served by Private Haulers and thus should not be
affected by the city's decision to postpone collection until the next
scheduled day.

My understanding from KYW was that Typically Wednesday pickups were
rescheduled for this coming week, in toto. Typically Thursday and Friday
pickups were the ones they were picking up on Friday and Saturday. We're
also Wednesday, we just pulled our cans back in until March 2nd.
