still works fine.

There is some confusion associated with this bug.
Firstly, when the bug applies, higher modes than 800x600 are simply not
available. So, dfrevert's comment on 2009-10-18, does not apply to this bug
because xrandr -s 1024x768 will give no such mode available.

I'm running virtualbox 3.0.10 on jaunty and I could not get my usb
devices enabled in my virtualbox task bar because of this problem. I had
manually add my self to the vboxusers group inorder for it to work.
I believe this feature request is still valid.
