It does not depend upon the cross-compile - it even happens when
compiling for the same machine.

Binary package hint: git-buildpackage

When I trigger import of a file e.g. blub_1.0.tar.gz, the script creates a orig

Attemting to cross-compile a karmic linux-rt kernel (via dpkg-buildpackage

Since the 32bit wrapper died multiple times a day I also installed the 64
alpha a week ago and not only does it play nicely with pulseaudio it also
crashed not once.
IMO the status of the 32bit wrapper is that bad that it can't be shipped -
rather remove flash entirely on 64 bit!

My machine is amd64.
I took the current linux-rt-2.6.31 source, applied a patch, changed the
changelog and tried to build a new kernel package.
amd64 package was created successfully - but i386 not. I uploaded the source
package to launchpad and got the same result there.

Thanks James for the build - at least for me it works without any

only playback problem once in a while is pulseaudio - but that issue is
well known.

[FFe] Merge miro 2.0.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Iain: I have had a few crashes with miro now but they all seem to be
related to pulseaudio. Don't know whether it would make sense to make
the backend interfaces more robust in miro.
