two ways of handling configuration:
* Old: .ipython/ipythonrc, .ipython/ipythonrc-PROFILENAME
* New: .ipython/ipy_user_conf.py,

I am using UNR on an Acer Aspire One netbook with a 1024×600 screen.
When Anjal opens, it is full-screened. Common keyboard shortcuts (F11)
do not unmaximize it. In addition, the UI elements resize once the
message list loads, so that the Close
I notice at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=591613#c8 that
there is an (undocumented) command-line option -w. When started with
this option, both problems are resolved (however, maximus undecorates
but does not correctly maximize the window). Perhaps this should somehow

I just installed the Jaunty release candidate, and it seems to be fixed.
nfs-common (S20) is mounting my NFS share, and mpd is at S30 by default.
Unfortunately that was the last system I had running 8.10 LTS, so I
don't know if it is still there. I should note that that system was

Experiencing this again in 8.10.
This time the offender would seem to be /etc/init.d/mountfs.sh or
mountnfs-bootclean.sh; however:
# update-rc.d -f mpd remove
# update-rc.d mpd defaults 47 17
...doesn't seem to fix the problem. Perhaps it is a matter of dependencies in
the init scripts?

I am using Ubuntu 8.10. I tried to install only the unison command-line
program (package version 2.27.57-1ubuntu1) and then check the manpage to
learn how to use it:
$ sudo aptitude install unison
