False alarm. Now, when I try to reboot it shuts down and won't restart
again.

Well, I've found the solution for my PC. After shooting in the dark for
I while, I've found out that halt scripts symlink wasn't in any rc*.d.
I've used BUM (boot-up manager) to set them to be run on start up, or
loaded (please translate what I'm explaining because my knoledge is
quite ... low).
