Thanks to both of you for your work, I just uploaded the package.
There was a slight typo in the bug notation, so I am closing this bug
manually, for future reference the correct syntax to auto-close is
"LP: #12345" rather than "LP: 12345".

I have performed the merge and have attached the debdiff for the debain
src and the new merge. I also have the debdiff for this merge and the
previous ubuntu version is desired. This was my first merge =).
