Yeah, problem solved, my extensions were written in small and capital Example, thumb.jpg and thumb.JPG , those with capitals will not be recognised I also had "Thumb.jpg" which where also not recognised by squeezeServer I think it is a bug so I shall report it to the developers -- charlychan

Hello all, I solved the problem by installing a brand new OpenSUSE system 10.2. Then I could install the SqueezeCenter without any problem. For further updates I hope that I do not have to install a new operating system in advance because SqueezeCenter is not the only running application... ;-)
