I had a look at the squeezelite repo at
https://code.google.com/p/squeezelite/source/list yesterday and noticed
that they've added support for directly controlling alsa mixer in the
last week or so, so this could probably be used in picoreplayer to
enable/disable the amp
Hi Folks,
Firstly I just want to say thank you for this, it is amazing, got 4

On my Pi (without +) everything works correctly.
In /var/log/pacman.log this message is repeating endlessly :

I downloaded it two times from:
https://github.com/SqueezeOnArch/soa-installers/raw/master/soa-image-rpi.img.zip
fafter unpacking i can see, that the file soa-image-rpi.img was created
on 1 November 2014.
Is it a wrong dowlnload path ?

Hi folks- Hopefully, this is an easy fix. I did a clean install of Linux
Mint MATE 17.1 the other day. Previously, I had Mint 14 and things
weren't updating, so I figured I'd got for the latest and greatest,
especially since it is a LTS. I downloaded the latest LMS 7.7.5 and
installed with GDebi

I found the same problem when adding a mount point for a Network Share.

Triode,
I've been futzing with the latest build, and I just can't get the
Transporter to display Chinese/Korean/Japanese chars on the main
display. I already have locale set to en_US.UTF8. I can see the Asian
chars correctly when I do a ls using ssh.
The display on the TP will have the chars

My suggestion: put the PiCorePlayer with HifoBerry Amp on a remote
controllable plug. They are cheap and very handy. Since PiCore runs in
RAM you can simply cut the power with your remote and you'll havr
maximum power saving and silence.
Also, I'm running a Hifiberry Amp setup in
Thanks Steen, I'm hoping to get one in the next month or two so I'll be

Thanks for the response all, the problem with that plug idea is I use
that speaker as an alarm clock as well - plus I've got to think about
the GAF! :) If you could check the noise that comes out of the AMP that
would be great :)
Thanks
