Quick fix: disable DSD codec in piCorePlayer Squeezelite settings i.e.
add "-e dsd" to "Various input" field.
The problem is that standard squeezelite reports supported formats in
"wrong" order of precedence (order cannot be changed with command line
arguments) and now that Daphile has "Convert P
What router do you have? Is its DHCP server working correctly?
Have you watched the Pi start up on a monitor ? What does it say when it
tries to start networking? If it says cable unplugged or similar its
hardware but not necessarily the Pi. If it can't get an IP address it
should tell you that.
I'd just like to chime in and say thanks to those that made and
contributed to this thread. The instructions worked pretty much
flawlessly; the only thing I had to do differently was to change the
perl 5.20.2 references to 5.20.3.

Maybe try again, reformat the card with this tool

Also you could perhaps reset the router, or just switch everything off

I've three RPi boards all of which fail to connect to my network via the

I now have USB sound output which remains after a reboot.

Im trying to get a Cmedia CM108 USB soundcard to work on Picoreplayer,
but no joy whatsoever, the OS sees it...

Quick update on my side:
After following MartinĀ“s (pinkdot) proposal to install the LMS Beta
version on my NAS the audio scan version 0.95 was available ;-)
Now DSD64 songs (in dsf) are even played without any hiccups so far via
the piCorePlayer.
Only DSD 128 seems not to be possible (no sound is
