100% sure. Been using it for the past 15 years or so. I also have no
problem with my other picoreplayer. And did not have a problem on
rasbian.

hi Bas Horneman,
I was commenting on Link Quality rather than Signal Strength. I usually
expect 80% or 90%.
What shows in [ Wifi Settings ] > [ Scan ] > Available wifi networks?
Can you confirm that your wifi password is only 8 numbers [0-9] and
contains no other characters at all?

No problem when I'm using connect /save. No joy when rebooting.
Could a time disparity be the cause?

hi Bas Horneman,
Your error "usually" indicates that one of your wifi settings is wrong.
What are the Available networks?
Your signal quality is poor. Can you move your RPi closer to your wifi
router at least while testing.
Are there lots of wifi networks on the same channel?
I use wifi piCor

Looks like I have a problem because my router has "private" ssid
(Naruto). And a " public" ssid: (Ziggo) (Which is so that everyone in
the world who is with this provider can have wifi from fellow clients of
the provider)

That is what my son liked :)
Password is 8 numbers. Never had a problem with any other device.
RPI 1 with picore 1.x works like a charm. And the same setup worked with
Rasbian.

Thanks for that tip. Forgot about that. 20206
These are the errors I get. Just strange that I can connect/save and
then stuff works
Turn [Beta] mode on. Select [Wifi Settings] click [Diagnostics]. It
tells all. :D
Do you have a weird Wifi password or SSID?

The ip address of the cable is different from the wifi you mean?
Yes..I'm aware.
Every time I reboot the wlan ip is gone. It's as if it is not being
saved.

If yes. I have problems connecting with wifi. It's a rpi3. (Wifi worked
fine on Raspbian)...so it's not hardware.
As soon as I pull the ethernet cable out...it is over and outI try
to connect to the indicated ip address but no joy.

I tried installing LMS from the latest 2.04 piCorePlayer web interface
and it wont start.
I am getting the error that /usr/local/etc/init.d/slimserver: command
not found. Is there a step I am missing? It downloaded whatever it
needed by itself.
Thanks.

I'm not sure what this means or how to mount the disk, I am not versed
in Linux. Is there a script or code? I know how to SSH into my pCP, will
