This is a FYI and still awaiting approval from Gordon before I submit
the pull request. I always through this was better being done from
kernel driver rather than userland.

Server using nfs. Works great sofar. Scanning speed (cable) is the same
as with my LMS instance on the Synology nas, may be a bit faster. Great

PNG or JPG doesn't really matter: important is not the file size, but
the number of pixels x color depth. 1000x1000 might easily be only a few
hundred kB in file size, but it's 3MB in memory (24 bit colors).

I am testing pCP 2.05 with the built-in LMS server in a Rasp 2 since
yesterday. So far, got some mixed results: scanning a cifs share goes
well (20.000+ songs), if slightly slower than the LMS in my ReadyNas
Ultra 4, but I've encountered some other problems:
- Some audio files simply don't play
My Wandboard Quad is still going strong and running SoA. Thanks again to
Triode for his fine work on SoA, not to mention all the other stuff he
graciously contributed to the Squeezebox ecosystem over the years.
