I have battled Bluetooth a bit myself too, I can imagine it's a bit of a
nightmare. Thanks for the pointers.
As it happens I realised I actually have a chromecast audio sitting
around and an audio input on my LMS server, so it looks like I should be
able to use waveinput as a feed. So, I, should

DSD working again...
I put -e dsd in the "Various input" field, PCM plays fine but no DSD
tried in I2S anD USB, same thing. No changes on the LMS server.
was there another parameter to touch that I don't remember about?
I've tr

Thanks Ralphy. I'll stash the page away for later use. BTW, thanks for
all your work on piCorePlayer. I've had a lot of fun with it.

Have a great weekend!

These cheap USB remote controls work with jivelite. The can be bought
for $4 or $5. I haven't got them working directly with squeezelite yet.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know Jive Lite accepted keyboard commands.

a great weekend!

Just to convince yourself that Bluetooth is not simple - look at

Buy a bluetooth audio receiver ( e.g.

Alternative would be a software android cast client in LMS acting as an
audio source. Cast my phone to it over WiFi, then be able to select that
for playback on any squeezebox player.

And fwiw I suppose since I have a good old fashioned audio input on the
PC (unlike a Pi) I could set that up as an input stream to lms and
connect an offboard Logitech BT-> audio connection. Somehow. Pointers
appreciated!
