I updated from 2.06 to 3.0 with a new image. When I try the insitu
upgrade to 3.02 I get this error message...Sourceforge not accessible!!
I can access Sourceforge through the piCorePlayer link or directly
through my browser and download the image file, but not with the insitu
feature. Can anyone

Sure, I just filed it on github.
Yes, I tested the new lcdproc-server package as well. It works

Hi Niels,
Please open an issue on the github tracker and we will solve this. Most
probably it's a segmentation fault or some unhandled exception in
Slimmer.
Please file it here:
https://github.com/terba/slimmer/issues
Just to make this thread slim :)
Did you replaced the lcd-proc package also
Ok, so I was a bit too early Balázs,
What happens is following: when I play an album, as soon as a new song
starts, the display goes blank.
When I manually select a new song in the album, this does not happen,
and everything keeps running.
I tried re-installing everything, but the behavior stays
Unverified but looks reasonable

feeder6 wants a SAMBA server which is available through [Main Page] in
[Advanced] mode > [Extensions]. Load samba4.tcz.
We haven't developed a web interface for it though, so setup is a manual
process. I imagine it works but I haven't tried it.
piCorePlayer supports most network client
Okay, i know what you mean. But the thing is i want to put the pi in a

Without installing the additional file systems module in PiCorePlayer I
was not able to mount the remote CIFS.
While technically not the s
That what you did is no samba-share. And you don't have to install
additional filesystems because your hdd is on the router not in the pi.

Click on Advanced (or Beta) at the bottom of the PiCorePlayer web
interface and then you will see it in the PiCorePlayer LMS page.
