I have a few questions about installing Squeezeplay on a RPi3. I found
Ralph's builds on Sourceforge with the instructions for installing on
Linux 32 and 64 bit x86 systems, but not Debian/Raspian. I've also seen
quite a bit of info about installing picore and max2play, but not about
how to

extra file systems. Then re-install the Extra Filesystems and
re-enable your mounts.
Another way to correct this would be to go to the extensions

You will need to add that to the backup set if you do
echo usr/local/slimserver/custom-convert.conf >> /opt/.filetool.lst
Then every time you make changes to the file, make sure you backup by
running
pcp bu

You say it doesn't get an IP address. If it's the router that does dhcp
try rebooting the router.

I am very happy with picoreplayer :-) However, I do have a question.
Where can I find the LMS custom-convert.conf file? Would like to make
some manual changes but can't find it or where to put it.
There's none by default. The _custom_-convert.conf file you'll have to
create. Whatever you do in

In my experience, Pi3 built-in wifi is surprisingly good.
Almost every Pi 3 I've setup is either using it for AP or bonding with
ethernet.
The OP should look elsewhere: use of incompatible settings in the AP,

Thanks - I'll give that a try. I think I had it set to whatever the
other one was - CF something or other.
Hi all,

Thanks.

Hi,
Is it possible to remove or reset mounted NAS drives previously added to
piCorePlayer?
I recently moved my LMS server from my Synology DS212+ NAS to a Pi 3
with PiCorePlayer as my NAS was not compatible with the Spotty plug in.
I initially trialed the set up on an old Pi B+ and it

Thanks for the suggestions. The AP is 2.4ghz only and is not restricted
from allowing devices to connect i.e. All macs are ok. It is at my
daughter's house but my android phone, iPad and surface pro all connect
fine. I built the pcp at my home on Ethernet but she does not have her

I am using 3.21 non audio with a rpi3. Everything works fine using
Ethernet. When I turn wifi on and enter the correct details for ssid
pass phrase and wpa encryption disconnect Ethernet and reboot wlan0 is
detected but a dhcp lease is never obtained. I am at my wits end.
