This sounds like too many components, each one asking for its own share

Why would you need to pipe traffic through nginx in order to use VPN?

Touch with EDO installed to send DSD over PCM to my DAC, either Chord
Hugo2 or Mojo. I do note though that the Soxr options for Touch are not
shown on the piCorePlayer LMS 7.9.2 whereas they are Windows 10 LMS
7.9.1,
