Why do you think this is a pCP problem. Pandora integration is handled
by mysqueezebox.com
Pandora free only will play on "Real" squeezebox hardware. If you want
to play to non-logitech hardware, you need to pay Pandora for more than
free access.

aha. Found with some more searching. Easy. Just click on "extensions"
in pCP, then in the dropdown, select pcp-lame and install.

only with a hifi hat. This player CAN NOT access Pandora, getting the
dreaded, "You must be a subsciber.". All of the Logi/Slim players

Yes, it was not necessary to do ALSA config in following files:
~/.asoundrc
/etc/asound.conf
I have done the actions step by step in parallel I have documented these
steps.
Step by step details saves a lot of time if I want to do same
installation again in future.
