'Access piCorePlayer via ssh'

alsamixer at the prompt.

I'm on the verge of doing so. As a complete RPi neophyte, I know
nothing about alsamixer. Could you tell me more?
Can you use alsamixer?
It is probably quickest to reburn SD card to get back to square one.

While I get a signal from that, it's very, very soft...like maybe -200
db at full output.

Is there a way to configure pCP to access a TCL extension repo?

Try HiFiBerry DAC+ (and Pro, AMP2)

I'm making my first attempt at building a "Squeezebox replacement," and
so put together a RPi 4 and HiFiBerry DAC2 Pro. I tried using
piCorePlayer 7.0.0, and it worked fine with "Analog Audio" as the output
(or as fine as you can hope for with the RPi internal headphone jack).
However, when I
I decided I wanted to rename the lms packages slightly to make them less
version specific except for the lms-nocpan package. Probably a bad idea
as I ended up borking up my own server install and ended up having to
walk through the setup again like it was an initial install. Oops.
Here's the

Hi all
I don't know where else to ask this so I hope someone would be kind
enough to help.
I have a RP3 running picoreplayer and want to also run a video server,
VPN etc. So I have installed Dietpi and have everything working in LMS,
Squeezelite as in picoreplayer, but I cannot understand how

Hmm... just had the problem again, but this time no messages about I2S
syncing in dmesg very puzzling.

hmm, how do I check this? All players show correct time , alarms
functioning as expected..
Thanks again. Nothing about voltage in the diagnostics page. I'd
searched dmesg when I checked the logs yesterday but was looking
specifically for voltage problems. Today when I took a look at it (after
the no sound problem had occurred) I found the following right at the
end of dmesg:

Hello
Is anyone using an IR remote control with pCP7. I ask as I had it
running in the past, not sure if it was pCP6, but cannot get any joy
with pCP7 today.
The IR transistor is working and connected to +5, 0, and GPIO 22.
If I clear default keytable (sudo ir-keytable -p -all), then test output
