Yeah, highly likely. For many years we have been able to have mmap default to 1. On recent builds, we have found situations where mmap has to be 0. We have been adjusting defaults. There is a chance that the upgrade process does not pick up the change.

I did 4 "in situ" installations on 3 players and one server. No problems. Before the player update i removed the @soundcheck sKit and after update i installed it again. After the update on pCP LMS server i had to update the LMS binaries and libraries manually. IMHO pCP 8.0 sounds better, than 7.
