Ok, I think I tried that, but didn't work. Will try again. Now that I
know it should work, I'm sure I can figure it out, thanks!

IR, etc. I am curious though, if and when version 8.3.0 of LMS will be
incorporated, or if it has already and I just didn't figure out how to
do it?
On the LMS page (in pCP) you should be able to select which flavour of
LMS you want to install. 8.3 would be the development version.

Well shoot. I just went to that repository and found the ntfa-3g.tcz
file and put in in right folder in the pCP and it works. Wish I had
figured that out a day ago :-)

I tried out PiCorePlayer, and I have to say, I like it! Really
simplifies a lot of things. Also looking through this thread I've got
all sorts of fun ideas now of things I want to try like adding a screen,
IR, etc. I am curious though, if and when version 8.3.0 of LMS will be

Hi JD.. Yes I can reach the main repo in my browser. Durn. It's quite a
bit of work to get it set up for the car with changes needed for not
having network availability in the car for the clock and the different
screen layout. Sigh. Well, I guess I'll start on that project.
Thanks :-)

Can you reach the website of the main repo
(https://repo.picoreplayer.org/repo/) from a web browser when you are in
your home network (i.e. the same network as your pCP)?
If not, then maybe the domain or URL is blacklisted by your provider or
router. Just guessing.
If yes, then the problem is w
Thanks JD and Rob. I'm still in the dark. I'm outside Washington D.C..
The main and mirror are down here. Haven't been able to download since
yesterday. :-(
Thanks again,
Howard

Same here (southeastern US). Everything accessible except pCP mirror
repository. I did not actually try to download anything; that's the
status pCP reports.
Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual
players (Squeezelite and Airplay bridge). Occasionally using SB R
Hi Howard,

And I was able to download bc.tcz from the main repository.

I haven't been able to hit it for two days and would appreciate it if
someone else could see if they have the same problem.
Thanks for the trouble,
Howard

Hi forum,
I hope this question is in scope for this thread although I can see it
is mainly about BT connection from LMS to speakers.
I would like to BT-stream from my phone to LMS and play the stream on
(sync'ed) players (also non-PcP based players like squeezebox boom).
Is this possible? Or is
Well, I've looked in to this a bit more and 512GB is too big for FAT
formatting anyway, so it has to be NTFS. I need to be able to download
the NTFS utility from the repository and it isn't up apparently.
Hope to hear from Paul or someone about that.
Thanks,
Howard
