I'm also using OMV5/Portainer and I deployed watchtower from the command
line with;
sudo docker run -d \
--name watchtower \
-v
So if I log into mysqueezebox.com via LMS (Docker) should I expect to
see the apps and other stuff on the players connected to this instance
of LMS?
I currently don't, and I thought I saw (but now can't find) a comment
from -mherger- about creating or logging into an account for Docker?

Make sure that you're storing your Docker configs in non-volatile
storage and then simply install the Watchtower container and it will
automatically update ALL your running

Thanks to the awesome ppl here, I've got a Pi4 setup w/ LMS (8.x stable,
updated Jan 14) running in Docker. I've tested and confirmed that my
Touch and a BOOM can see the LMS and play music from the library
