File is extensions.xml
Added target=“jivelite”
I don't think this would work. It might help Jivelite users, but would
at the same time hide the applet on other devices. Those targets are
exclusive: anything not in the list would not get the applet.

Realize that this is an older thread. But it looks like this issue is
still there. I had to manually install ScreenSwitcher on my new
piCoreplayer.
I do not know if this is the correct way, but I submitted a pull ticket

That's not the only problem. Erland also advertises minTarget="7.4"
which also prevents easy installation. Looks like minTarget="0

the steps and could succsessfully install the ScreenSwitcher applet.
I've also installed the WorldClock applet, but it doesn't look so nice
on the 7'' screen.
Now i'm looking for some nice custom

Take winSCP, SSH into your Touch and go to the following path:
/usr/share/jive/applets
Select the folder "ScreenSwitcher" and copy it to your PC. Close the
connection.
SSH into your PicorePlayer and go to:
/home/tc/.

Hello,
i used my Squeezebox-Touch for years but now i switched to a Raspberry 3
with pCP, Jivelite and 7'' display. This setting is a good replacement
for my old touch but there is on thing i really miss.
It's the Screen Switcher Applet from Erland Isaksson.
