rectangular image and distort it by changing the shape of the image from a
rectangle to a triangle or ngon with the appropriate interpolation. I

Rev can use an image as a fill for a polygon, but when the polygon is
resized or reshaped, the image is cropped to fit rather than being
distorted. That probably isn't the effect you are after.
