Glassfish side of things. We are drafting a brief but comprehensive set of
installation instructions for JSPWiki on Glasfish 4.x. So far, I've tested them
on Glassfish 4.0, and they work just fine.

Most of my problems were related with to little documentation. Partly
because the apache site was not up yet.
