Indian Tax system(Service Tax and Cess)

Hi all How to apply a Tax on Tax i.e On service Tax there is a Education Cess which is applied in indian Tax system.For ex- On Rs 100 service tax @12.5% is applied and which comes as 12.5 and on 12.5 we need to apply 3% of education Cess which comes as 0.375...and Total= 100+12.5(service
