get them inside the service.

I agree with Rishi - the Session object should not be accessed in
services. Services should not know about the Session object. The
session attributes are copied to the service context, so there should be
no need to access the Session object directly.

I would sugget you create an order though the Ecommerce and/or order
entry and trace the code in your localhost, then compare to your new
component.
time payments are not the normal way that ofiz works, though there are
support for it.
you should probably focus on what that takes in the
Done, at OFBIZ-4024.
