The problem is I don't know exactly where this directory is as there are
several log directories I see under /opt.

Hello,
As you can guess by the title of my email, I have two instances of
OpenMeetings both running on separate servers that are currently down right
now. When I try going to the sites (I'm using Firefox) I get the 'unable to
connect' page. I didn't do any work on the servers since I last
the ffmpeg
file under /usr/local/bin. Could you please check if there is anything
wrong with the script because it worked fine when I tried it on my other
server (which was Thursday of last week so I'm wondering if any changes
have been made since then).
Thank you,
Alex Nyamweya

Hi,
I was wondering where can I go to edit the favicon image on the
OpenMeetings Home Page?
Thank you,
Alex Nyamweya
I'm using ZeroSSL.com for getting my certificates. Is that ok?

Also, I already have a "self-signed certificate" and would like to get a
"real certificate" in order to have this
instead of this
I'm confused by the steps

Also do I have to do this for every machine that wants to access this site?

Yeah but when I go to http://:5080/openmeetings I get an
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT message.

So I installed a new control panel on my server (ISPmanager) and now I
can't connect to openmeetings. Here is the last bit of the output when I
run the script /etc/init.d/red5-2 start.

Also when I run the script the output is automatically truncated at a
certain point, so I'm not able to see the entire output. I don't know how
to change this. It is possible that something might have wrong after the
last point I've seen.

No it doesn't exist and yes I ran the

Another thing, which is a better platform to run OpenMeetings, CentOS or
Ubuntu?

Also prior to having this loading problem, the application crashed when I
tried to setup a poll in a group meeting.
Thank you,

Hello Michael,
Thanks for clarifying that to me. So I have a few questions. Would the two
instances use the same account? Also what additional steps do I need to
follow in order to enable the second instance? When I tried the step shown
on the website, I couldn't go to the openmeetings1 and
that it is possible
through this link: http://openmeetings.apache.org/WebappNamePath.html. I
tried the step it showed but nothing changed on my server. I would like to
know what additional steps (if there are any) that need to be followed in
order to complete the second instance installation.
Thank you,
Alex
