Hi Neil
Thanks and thanks, I'd better start saving for those beers.
I'll give you one year for that :-)
I was about to visit Australia and New Zealand this year but chose
Southern Africa eventually. I shoot wildlife as a hobby, on video that
is. I already have 60 hours DV-tape of Central Ame
eep things around 0 to1 ... I guess this is
IEEE consideration or something.
Thanks and thanks, I'd better start saving for those beers.

Hi Neil
Attached JPG shows a render from a perspective camera and on the
right an ortho camera. Analytic cylinders show an incorrect dark
artifact that is not possible from the lighting.
I noticed that your scene is huge in size. Select the "root" level, open
property window, scale all dim

Next time you're in Kaiwaka, let me know, we'll
head down to the "3 Furlongs" and knock back beer or two, my

Hi
Neil,
There's something wrong with the
object space of your cilinder. Change the object space skew values from
-0.000 0.000 -0.000 to 0.000 0.000 -0
think they are up to
on the things, maybe I can "wall-paper" them all ... desparate.
Thanks

Hi
I once had a similar problem, but unfortunately I'm not sure how I
dealt with it, or how or by whom I got help from (maybe from Vesa?). I
think the problem was either related to cylinders, imported v3.x
cylinders, or imported cutted elliopsoids (curved conecylinder sortof)

What type of light fixture with what type of shadow? Try changing to
direct. Or spot with raytrace and 0 shadow qual
Third try no attachments since these fail. The
JPG mentioned is at
http://www.neico.co.nz/3d/RS3DImageFilesToPrint.html
and so is the "Guidelines to Getting Image Files to
Printers" ... it's not a tutorial.
Anyway, hoping there's an answer to the Shadow
error I've run into,
Neil
