Drag and drop is useful for prototypes, not real world applications.
I'd suggest prototyping with both and documenting the pros and cons of
each.

Actually, the decision really depends on what type of project you're
developing. If you have a lot of forms (particularly more than one per
page), JSF or Tapestry will work much better because they'll manage
