Thanks for the confirmation. It should probably clearly noted in the
request/reply documentation as it is a pretty easy way to get yourself into a
completely unusable configuration.

to CACHE_NONE, and using ActiveMQConnectionFactory directly (that is, no
pooling or SingleConnectionFactory wrapper).
Please let me know if this should be filed as a defect or if more
information is needed.
