In advanced networking zone you can use one NIC for all traffic types. Use
private ips for POD CIDR and public IPs you got from ISP for Public traffic.
Then you can access the vm by configuring PF/SNAT/LB on one of the public IPs.
Please refer to admin guide for more detais.

I use cloudmonkey for that, much better than the UI in many respects.

Hi, Geoff,
Thanks, while I think they are mostly DATA volumes as what I see on the
UI, but shouldn't they will be deleted automatically after a VM instance
has been deleted and expunged? Or one has to delete DATA volumes explicitly
by hand( if so, finding out which DATA volume belongs to which VM
As of now i have a basic network configurations , When setting up the
advanced networking zone , can i use one NIC for Guest, public, and

I am saying that you don't need to tweak the template.
Thank you Erik
You know if option (c) listed below is applicable to version 4.2?
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Realhost+IP+changes
Anyone can put me in right direction to secure upgrade from ACS 4.2 to
latest?
We use Xen 6.2 and VMware 4.5 and primary storage via iscsi.
Hi,
What do you mean "works totally out of the box?". Without injecting ssh
keys how does it work or are you referring to running docker and related
stuff straight out of the box?

Hi Lucian,
How are your friends doing down at the Delta Quadrant? How all is well.
Thanks for the heads up. I've downloaded the templates and am in the
process of injecting ssh keys. Will let you know how far I get with this.
Cheers,

@All,
Dan has now shared more info on his setup, anyone out there know of any known
issues with KVM not cleaning up primary storage.
@Dan - can you confirm we are talking about Root volumes and not Data Volumes
