I am a bit confused. You want to setup two tunnels with same peer ?
- Tunnel 1 (VPC <-> peer-1 with IP-1)
- Tunnel 2 (VPC <-> peer-1 with IP-2, or peer-2 with IP-2 ?)

Conclusion: This is related to the EUFI=SECURE VM setting not being set
automatically after VM was migrated - need to add it manually, then VM will
boot fine.

testlab. We were able to delete a secondary storage without any issues in

@shin-kamui , I ran that scenario in a lab environment and it passed
successfully (i.e. VM running) I think there are more circumstances in your
case that could cause this failure
