Hi Guys,
I have a VM which is on a standalone XenServer hypervisor.
I want to bring this VM into cloudstack.
I have tried exporting the VM to a .ova file, converting that to a VHD file and
importing.
It imported fine as a template, but upon trying to deploy that VM, I get a

Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me or point me in the direction of a hardware compatabiliy list
of servers that support GPU passthrough with xenserver 6.2?
It seems to be available on Dell R420’s and Dell R620’s, but is missing from
the R210’s and I wondered if there is a definitive list anywhere.
Tha

Good morning guys,
What is the best process to follow for importing existing Xenserver Virtual

I have a couple of VM’s running on some old Xenserver5 hosts that I would like

Hey guys,
In my 4.3 environment I’ve got 2 xen hosts online at the moment.
I kind of assumed that CloudStack would fill one up then move onto the other,
which it doesn’t.
I can see why it wouldn’t when I think about it, as it minimises contention and
makes it so that there is less data to ship b
Nevermind, I found the options I was looking for.
Thanks again

Hi guys,
I’ve set up a zone in 4.3 that has two physical networks.
On the first physical network is just the management stuff.
The second network has both guest and public traffic, on separate VLANs.
When I deploy a new instance in the zone, there is only one network assigned to
the VM, and it’
Hi all,
Can someone give me an overview of how the NFS storage works? Like what servers
should have an NFS share mounted once a zone is enabled?
I’m using NFS for my secondary storage.
During deployment I mount the nfs share as /mnt/secondary and seed the template
to the secondary storage.

Think I found the problem - looks like NFS hadn’t set up correctly for whatever
reason.
Have just fixed that and have ditched the db and am starting again with zone
creation!
Fingers crossed this time!

Hi guys,
Where should I be looking for problems when I see ‘Primary secondary storage is
not even started, wait until next turn’ in the logs and systemVMs are failing
to start?
Thanks

Hi guys,
So i'm running a CloudStack 4.2 environment.
I had an issue with my xenserver host shutting down windows VMs unexpectedly,
which citrix looked at for me.
Citrix advised to install updates and reboot the host, which I have done this
morning.
Since the reboot, I cannot bring a secondary
