Have you logged on to the related virtual router and checked if the

Hello Venkatesh,
I'm guessing from the output provided that you have tried to ping the ip
from the VR.
Have you checked if the NIC is up on the VM?
you can run tcpdump on the related VM to check if the icmp packets are
reaching the VM.

To add few more troubleshooting tips:
1. In template/VM settings tab, add entries for Vnic (vmxnet3) and root &
data disk controllers (osdefault) from the dropdown menu.
2. You would need to have vmtools in the template.

Hello Marcos,
You will have to:
update the cloud db table name: vpc to toggle the flag for the column
redundant
then manually delete the backup VR and
proceed with a vpc restart with a cleanup.

Are both these accounts under the same domain id?
You could add an entry in the table account_network_ref

Hello Eric,
If the router version is displayed as UNKNOWN in the portal, it would be
a connectivity issue. Check your connections related to firewall rules
between the ACP management hosts, hypervisor and VR. Is your VR management
network setup correctly?

Did the ISO complete downloading in all the zones? That's the only reason
this issue would happen.
When you say it was added, I reckon you mean the details for the iso was
visible in cloud portal, there is another tab zones, wherein you can check
the status of the download for specific zones.
Did you search for it on Google?

My cloudstack setup:
Mgmnt server: CS 4.5.2/Centos 6.7
Hypervisors: Xenserver 6.2
Primary storage: iSCSI
Has anyone recovered from this sort of failure before? How do I resolve this
issue?

I was unable to delete a POD the Physical Network 1 from a basic zone

mysql select * from physical_network;
Have you downloaded the relevant (KVM/XEN/VMWare) templates to the
/secondary folder? Without which the secondary storage won't start.

Hi Maurice,
Have you tried test mounting the secondary storage onto the
secondary storage VM?
updating the /etc/resolv.conf on your secondary storage may resolve your
DNS lookup issues.
