How cloudstack performs dynamic scaling, Is it dynamic scaling in terms
of replication or increasing VM capacity up to max resources available
at physical server.

Issue seems to be strange because all necessary NFS ports are open in
sysconfig/nfs file, iptables service is also off and both machines can
