PV Ubuntu 12.04 Server non ISO Installation

I would like to install Ubuntu 12.04 (32 bit) in a non-hvm cloudstack 4.3 environment. I have tried installing from the Ubuntu ISO, but have not been successful [1], so I'm wondering what my next best option is to install Ubuntu. Is there a marketplace for vhd templates, or will I need to look at
