Hi,
Just looking at the snippet:
1. vCenter Server IP = 10.0.2.126?
2. Management Server IP = 10.0.16.102?
Are these networks routable?
From the error below, ACS cannot reach vCenter (Assuming vCenter is working
100% and everything else is configured correctly)
I also see that it is trying to
Exactly what Tim just said , can the management server connect to the vmware
Example: curl https://10.0.2.126/sdk/vimService.wsdl from the management server

Hi Rafael
There is a HUGE range out there, any mean-based average would be useless
Theres lots of small hosting providers with 8-16 hosts
Theres quite a few in the 100-500 category
And then a smaller number in the 1000+

Giles

If I had to guess I would say 80/20 applies.
80% of cloudstack deployments < 100 nodes
20% > 100 nodes
There is a long tail..
there is actually research/stats on size of HPC clusters out there, and 80/20
roughly applies on size of cluster.

HI, thanks all.
I permit all UDP ports in firewall, and it works.
By the way, is there a way to import some old VMs to cloudstack? they
are under my vCenter but can not be see in Cloudstack.

Thanks Sebastian and Giles,
That will help; we just wanted to feel how big an ACS environment can be.

Hi,
You will need to export the VM's from vCenter and then import them back into
cloudstack

Hi!!
I just installed a new environment (CS 4.5.2 and XenServer 6.5.0). I
deployed an VM normaly, but some hours after I tryed to deploy new one, and
it shows me the following error message :
015-10-14 16:10:50,059 ERROR [c.c.v.VmWorkJobHandlerProxy]
(Work-Job-Executor-14:ctx-d83f147a job-98/jo
And after (second time that happened to me today...)
I reboot the CS Manager, and the log shows me:
2015-10-14 16:55:09,173 DEBUG [c.c.u.s.Script] (localhost-startStop-1:null)
Looking for scripts/vm/systemvm/injectkeys.sh in
/usr/share/cloudstack-common/scripts/vm/systemvm/injectkeys.sh

...
And I cant log in the CS GUI. My workaround was back mysql and reinstall
the manager. And restore the mysql.
but I don´t wat to to all the time.
Does anyone have seen it before?
Thanks

Not exactly, but I've learned on 4.5.2 / XS 6.5 that
InsufficientServerCapacityException is raised if an ISO is broken.
I didn't took a deeper look, but on XS sr-scan also fails. I assume this
could lead to inaccessability of any ISO (or the secondary storage at
all?)
Don't know if it's related t
Does anybody would be interested to participate to a global QA days for the
coming release 4.6.0 ?
The idea would be to do a full day hackathon (remote or via User Groups) on
testing of ACS 4.6.0 by using available online tools such as IRC, slack,
GoToMeeting if we have access to one. so I would
That works for me.

Update:
the parameter "vmware.create.full.clone" was set to "true", didn't help
either.
But noticed something else, now when "full.clone" is enabled,
I couldn't deploy two instances simultaneously !!
It seems like there is some kind of limitation or restriction with
"time"/"heavy tasks"/"waiting"
Compiled libvirt rpm's got upgraded hence facing this error.Reinstalled
compiled libvirt rpm's , now I am able to add rbd storage.
