May be I did not make myself clear. The http://cocoon.apache.org/index.html is working fine. But the http://cocoon.apache.org will redirect you to http://cocoon.apache.org/index2.html after showing the protest page for 60 seconds. That is what new visitor gets when following the "Cocoon" link from
