As someone on the list also found - error only comes up in pages with
frames-
one frame shows ok other this error - on refresh error could be either

When I say a caching problem, I mean a caching problem at your ISP
Sorry I misunderstood you earlier. If it is a cache problem, I wonder
why only Cocoon main page is not refreshed yet. And I am using different
ISP between home and office.
