that uses cocoon forms and flow. Is there any work
being done in this area, or do you know of any other tool for
it?
Note: I do not want
to use Xdoclet. I've been using that for too long now - EJB3 is my
savior!

Hello and thank you for your fast reply!
Thanks for clarifying about the fo:external-graphic being embedded. I'll
look into the XInclude transformer, thanks for pointing it out!

Other than that, I'm using Fins for a data warehouse application and it's
working great, apart from the Fins serializer being quite CPU-intensive. I
don't how to optimize the serialization, any ideas here?

I guess I'm supposed to use this in some other way, but I'm not that
familiar with flowscript. What am I doing wrong?

Another option would be to include a simple javascript in the template that
does the focusing job.

Is this possible? I tried to read
http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/flow/api.html on how creating
WebContinuations manually affect execution, but it doesn't say how and if I
could halt execution.

In the lower non-working version I'm getting errors about Cocoon not finding
the resource transform-customer-overview- (please note the trailing dash).
This would mean, the pattern * matcher value is lost? Normally, {1} would
translate into html or whatever carrier I'm using.

, in particular how to use
it to read the contents of a SOAP call to extract parameters to be used in
the generator (as I pseudo-sketched above). I truly appreciate your help!

I'm sure you want your cocoon:/my-itemset purified, e.g. without the extra
item/ at other places in your web application.

it isn't actually
serving them. As the hello-world samples also state there is some REST-style
web service example available (meaning, just serialize the XML) but I'd like
to go all the way with the SOAP-compatibility.
