It's not difficult to do this. Here are simple instructions for Mac. BTW, you don't need airHome (see FLEX_HOME below). The key here is to NOT user Finder to copy the AIR SDK over the Flex SDK. Doing that will end up with build errors for reasons I don't understand. Just use the command line
