To back up the other comment and add to it: When using an optical mouse (look underneath to see if there is a light), I sometimes find this happening, which lets me know it's time to clean the mouse pad. Apparently even small particles can cause a glitch that somehow gets interpreted as a click.

@Kolbjørn, Not certain, but suspect that at least the Standard set of AutoText in en-US will always be included in core build, and translated into the language packs. You can check from Tools - Options and resetting your user interface and documents to English (USA) and restarting LibreOffice.

@Thomas, This has been fixed for the 4.4.3 release--ref tdf#80960 https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=80960 But, you will need to set Tools - Options - User data First / Last-name / initials to have it reposition correctly on reopening. And, at any time you can use Shift+F5
