It will install the latest version in the 5.0 repository. You'll get updates until 5.0 is end of life. You'll have to do the same procedure once 5.1 is released (add the 5.1 repository, update, then upgrade). Currently 5.0.2 is the latest version in 5.0 so that's the version that will be installed
