seems LO detected a dark mode in your system.
What do you see in
Tools → Options → LibreOffice → Application Colors
Scheme here is
LibreOffice Light
and all Colors are set to "Automatic".
Try also Help → Restart in Save mode.

I don't know this issue. I had by the way some issue with 2 things on Ubuntu
Linux: an instance of LibreOffice running in memory after closing and a backup
/ temporary Copy of the document, which is some times kept, I guess, in tmp
directory. These things May bring to similar behaviours.

update (42.2.2.2) and it changed all my files!
I'm 81 yrs old and Not a techie but, I can follow Basic Instructions.
Now my files are fine except the sidebars and tool bars are All dark with White
