Thanks. It's good to have a 1 magic "cure all" to cure all (well
almost) weird problems that 'shouldnt' happen. It's usually some
combination of Extensions that has gone wrong (apparently).

Ok, so it's probably something in the upgrade or in the User Profile.
Easiest one to check is the User Profile so please rename it
