I'm hoping this post finds its way to Mark Olesen. I'm using SGE 6.2u4
and Flex-Grid 20091012. I've placed an advanced reservation for 8 slots

I highly recommend EnginFrame by Nice. When we implemented our EF

about 6 months. I'm actually using a scaled down version called
EnginFrame Elements that Nice has since discontinued, but I've seen a

All,
Is anyone aware of any existing binaries for v8 that include the
Berkeley libraries? The Son of Grid Engine binaries do not, the Bioteam
area has been erased or moved, and I'm not comfortable building it
myself. I have reason to believe any v8 later than July would solve a
bug I'm

I see Son of Grid Engine v8.0.0c is out in RPM form. Are the tgz's
coming as well? Will they include the Berkeley libraries?

I've had issues with the unzipping upgrade method for a cluster we were
using Berkley spooling on. Classic spooling, no issues.

I have a separate version for DMP, but it doesn't scale well in DMP for my
problems yet. Here's how I do it. I submit a script like this:
qsub -v VER=$VER,NUMCPU=$CPU,MPH=$FILE.mph $FILE.que
Where the .que file looks like:
#!/bin/bash
#$ -V
#$ -S /bin/bash
#$ -N pipe_flow
#$ -m bea
