This sounds like there is no contact between the qmaster and the exechost.
- Did you mount /usr/sge on all
Assuming qhost shows the nodes as multiple cpus, your next step is to configure
slots. There are a few ways to do this.
If all your nodes have the same number of cpus and you are only using all.q you
could qconf -mq all.q and set slots to 16.
If you want to get more sophisticated, or share nodes

I tried to add four nodes into my grid, I have other 4 nodes working fine.
I can see the nodes infotmation using qhost, but for a reason they don't
submit the job.
When I call qstat -f I can see only the nodes which are working. How can
add the new nodes properly?
