Bei einem manuellen Neustart treten keine Probleme auf. Wobei ein Neustart
aber ein stop und start beinhaltet und nicht wirklich mit einem Signal zu
vergleichen ist.
Meines Wissens erstellt das logrotate das logfile neu. Das sollte also
kein Problem sein.
