Hi, Nein. Suexec dient dazu cgi/fcgi-Datei unter einen sichern User auszuführen. HTML-Datei sind jedoch keine (ausführbaren) cgi-Dateien, die Schaden anrichten könnten, und werden deshalb (meiner Meinung nach) direkt von Apache mit dem Apache-User, der keine Zugriffsberechtigung hat, eingelesen.
