My trusted SSL chain certificate is installed on http server which is running
properly, if execute below command from any desktop I am getting below error.
How to resolve this

do you have another SSL check site, because this is somewhat buggy;
two hosts resolve to the same IP Address, and with one it says, that port
443 is not open(!)
